Manage Users

Effectively manage user access, roles, and collaboration, aligning with skill management and employee assessment tools.

Who can use this feature?

This feature is available for Admins, Mentors.

Invite Company Members

  1. Navigate to the “Company Members” page.

  2. Copy the organization ID.

  3. Send the organization ID to your company member.

Accept Company Members

  1. Go to “Manage Organization” page.

  2. Go to “User Management” tab.

  3. Click on Incoming Requests button.

  4. Select users you want to Accept.

  5. Press on “Accept Selected” button.

Reject Company Members

  1. Go to “Manage Organization” page.

  2. Go to “User Management” tab.

  3. Click on Incoming Requests button.

  4. Select users you want to Reject.

  5. Press on “Reject Selected” button.

Edit Company Members

  1. Go to “Manage Organization” page.

  2. Go to “User Management” tab.

  3. Find the user you want to edit.

  4. Click on “three-dot menu.”

  5. Press on “Edit” button.

  6. Change the details according to your needs:

    1. Expertise.

    2. Position.

    3. Role.

  7. Press on “Save Changes” button.
