Expertise Management

Manage Positions

Assign and manage roles within expertise areas, aligning competency metrics with organizational needs.

Who can use this feature?

This feature is available for Admins, Mentors.

Add Position

  1. Open the Expertise details page.

  2. Press on “Add Position” button.

  3. Provide the Position name.

  4. Save the Position.

Delete Position

  1. Open the Expertise details page.

  2. Find the Position you want to delete.

  3. Press on the “three-dot menu.”

  4. Press the “Delete” button.

  5. Confirm the deletion.

Edit Position

  1. Open the Expertise details page.

  2. Find the Position you want to change.

  3. Press on “three-dot menu.”

  4. Press on “Edit” button.

  5. Save changes.

Duplicate Position

  1. Open the Expertise details page.

  2. Find the Position you want to duplicate.

  3. Press on “three-dot menu.”

  4. Press on “Duplicate” button.

  5. Select the Knowledge Areas which will be duplicated together with the Position.

  6. Confirm the duplication.

Add Knowledge Areas

  1. Open the Expertise details page.

  2. Find the Position for which you want to add Knowledge Area(s).

  3. Press on “Add Knowledge Area” button.

  4. Select the Knowledge Area(s) you want to add.

  5. Press on “Add Selected” button.

Reorder Knowledge Areas

  1. Open the Expertise details page.

  2. Find the Knowledge Area you want to reorder.

  3. Drag and Drop Knowledge Area within the position.

Remove Knowledge Areas

  1. Open the Expertise details page.

  2. Find the Knowledge Area you want to delete.

  3. Hover over the Knowledge Area card.

  4. Press on “Minus” button.
