Manage Levels

Develop structured levels to enhance employee competencies and align with performance management strategies.

Who can use this feature?

This feature is available for Admins, Mentors.

Create Level

  1. Navigate to the specific Knowledge Area details page.

  2. Click the “+ Add Level” button under the "Levels" section.

  3. Input a name for the level (e.g., Novice, Intermediate).

  4. Save the level.

Edit Level

  1. Navigate to the specific Knowledge Area details page.

  2. Click the “three-dot menu” next to a level name.

  3. Select Edit from the menu.

  4. Update the level name.

Delete Level

  1. Navigate to the specific Knowledge Area details page.

  2. Click the “three-dot menu” next to a level name.

  3. Select “Delete” to delete the level.
